Carolyn Lawson is a Personal Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in June 2025 after the merger of Woodward, OK – SBG-SBS Stephenson, Baggs & Guthrie, LLC. She brings 4 years of personal lines industry experience and a diverse professional background including bookkeeping and secretarial work, medical claims processing, classifieds advertising, dispatching for heat and air and plumbing services, and collections. Carolyn attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University, where she studied Business Administration, Nursing, and History. Her key skills include customer service, and she is actively involved in her community as a member of OHCE Woodwardettes, serving as Secretary for the second year and Vice President for the County OHCE in Woodward County.
Carolyn is passionate about getting to know her clients and listening to their needs, which helps her provide personalized service and take care of her customers effectively. Her dedication to client relationships is a cornerstone of her work ethic.
In her free time, Carolyn enjoys gardening and reading, activities that allow her to relax and recharge outside of her professional responsibilities.
