Renee Ruiz Bustillos is a Personal Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in November 2025 after the merger of Fredericksburg – Bierschwale-Rees Insurance. Renee has been in the insurance industry since 2014, specializing in personal lines coverage. She began her career at Bierschwale Rees Insurance as a receptionist, quickly gaining a deep understanding of agency operations and customer communication. Through dedication and hands-on experience, she earned her insurance license in 2016 and has continued to develop expertise in personal lines while pursuing an Associate’s degree in Business Management Technology from Texas State Technical College, expected to be complete in August 2026. Renee has experience in policy management, coverage review, and risk assessment, combining her industry knowledge with practical agency operations skills. Her fluency in English and Spanish allows her to communicate clearly with a diverse client base.
Renee takes a personalized approach with every client, listening closely to understand their unique insurance needs. Her goal is to help clients feel confident and informed about their coverage. She believes that integrity, empathy, and clear communication are the foundation of professional success, and she approaches every client interaction with honesty and care to build trust and long-term relationships.
In her free time, Renee enjoys spending time with her husband and sons and gathering for Sunday dinners with her parents. She also loves spending time with her extended family, including her nieces, nephews, and godson. Renee takes great joy in being a grandmother and is excited to welcome a new grandbaby this fall. She enjoys reading, watching movies, and traveling with her family to create lasting memories together. Renee also values being part of her local community and looks forward to opportunities to give back.
