Lorri Hecker is a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in December 2024 after the merger of Granbury – Texas Classic Insurance Agency, Inc. Lorri has been in the insurance industry four and a half years as a personal lines agent. Her professional background includes serving as an Office Manager for a Roofing/Insulation Company from January 2014 to May 2021, where she managed all aspects of accounts receivables and payables, contract management, human resources, new employee orientation, OSHA 300 safety logs, and worker’s compensation reporting. Prior to that, she worked as a Cashier/Patient Accounting Specialist from February 2011 to December 2013, handling daily processing of accounts receivable revenue including over the counter, lockbox, electronic funds, and credit card transactions. Lorri is proficient in Google My Business, Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, Raiser’s Edge, and Access. She completed a baccalaureate degree from UTPB in May 2006 and earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Lubbock Christian University in May 2014, with undergraduate studies in Organizational Behavior, Fundamentals of Accounting, Organizational Communication, Managerial Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Human Resource Administration, and Strategic Planning, and graduate courses in Organizational Leadership & Administration, Personnel Administration, and Public Leadership. She is also actively involved in the community as a volunteer for local non-profits, Board Treasurer for Opportunity House since 2017, volunteer at Ruth’s Place, member of the United Way Allocations Committee, and has taught Grow with Google classes for small businesses at Weatherford College in 2019.
Lorri values her customers and strives to provide the best price and coverage with fast, efficient service to establish long term retention. She is passionate about her work and believes that the most important part of preparing for the future is protecting it.
In her free time, Lorri enjoys remodeling her home, gardening, painting, camping, and spoiling her grandchildren at every available opportunity.
