Commercial Lines Account Manager
Michelle Moore is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in March 2025 after the merger of Redding – McFarland Commercial Insurance Services. She has worked in the Commercial Insurance industry since 2010, and she has been licensed as an Insurance Producer since 2021. Michelle brings with her, knowledge from positions including emergency dispatch, answering service, administrative, supervisory, management, and accounting positions. Although she attended college, most of her education comes from experience and good leaders in previous positions. Michelle loves hands-on learning and is constantly exploring how to improve efficiency and quality. Her key skills include attention to detail, data entry, quality control, and troubleshooting.
Michelle’s main focus is building on Client relationships, ensuring Clients are confident that their insurance needs will be met in a timely manner. She believes trust is the biggest ally when developing Client relationships and is passionate about her work.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys going to antique stores, and hunting. She and her family love to get away to the coast where they enjoy charter fishing, sitting on the beach, and exploring the little shops around coastal towns. Michelle’s biggest accomplishment in life has been her 30+ year marriage and raising three biological children along with a few “bonus” kids along the way. She is proud of the wife and mother she strives to be, with her family being the most important part of her life.
