Justin Stephenson is the VP of Oklahoma at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in June 2025 after the merger of Stephenson, Baggs & Guthrie, LLC. He brings 23 years of industry experience spanning Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Benefits. His professional background includes roles at Grant Thornton for 2 years, Justin K Stephenson CPA PLC for 10 years, Farmers Insurance Group for 15 years, and Stephenson Insurance Center for 8 years before joining Inszone Insurance Services. Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a Minor in MIS from Oklahoma State University and is a CPA. His key skills include leadership, business and people management, accounting and financial expertise, as well as sales and marketing.
Justin’s philosophy is to surround himself with the best agents in the business and give them the respect, freedom, and flexibility to operate and act on their own ideas, believing that the rest takes care of itself. He is passionate about his work and aims to give every person and partner he works with the opportunity to make this the best job they could ever hope for.
In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife Tracy and 4 children (Cade, Ally, Carter & Cru) in addition to playing golf, hunting, and fishing.
