At Inszone Insurance Services, we proudly celebrate employees who dedicate their Charitable Time Off (CTO) to making a difference in their communities and beyond. On September 12, 2025, Amanda Moore volunteered at the 20th Anniversary CLT Gala, an annual fundraising event supporting Changing Lives Together (CLT)—a nonprofit devoted to sustainable economic development and humanitarian aid in rural Ghana and the United States.
Changing Lives Together’s mission focuses on long-term solutions to poverty through healthcare, education, water, and sanitation initiatives. The organization is currently building a hospital in rural Ghana that will include labor and delivery facilities and a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) for mothers and infants. The CLT Gala serves as a major fundraising effort, featuring both silent and live auctions to help fund these projects.
Amanda helped organize and set up silent auction items and later delivered them to winning bidders. She also joined her son in selling boxes of nails, contributing directly to the construction of the new hospital. Her entire family took part in the event, with her son and daughter helping set up and serve tables.
For Amanda, this cause is deeply personal. The couple who founded Changing Lives Together are members of her church, and through her pastor’s travels and video updates, she’s seen firsthand the difference the organization makes. “It was the statistic that one in seventeen babies reach age five that really stuck with me,” she shared. “Something as simple as clean water can make a huge difference. Once I learned that, our whole family was on board to support the cause.”
We commend Amanda Moore for her compassion, leadership, and commitment to improving lives around the world. At Inszone Insurance Services, we’re proud to support employees like Amanda who give their time and energy to meaningful causes through our Charitable Time Off program.
