At Inszone Insurance Services, we proudly recognize team members who demonstrate outstanding dedication to supporting their communities through our Charitable Time Off (CTO) program. Recently, Patrizia Cicogni stepped up to support residents impacted by a significant apartment fire in North Sacramento, volunteering with the American Red Cross on July 16, 2025.
The American Red Cross is renowned for its emergency assistance, disaster relief, and disaster preparedness education. Patrizia, an active volunteer since 2011 and member of the Disaster Action Team, was immediately dispatched to help residents of a 16-unit apartment complex deemed uninhabitable by Sacramento Fire authorities.
Patrizia initially responded as a Disaster Action Team Manager, quickly assessing needs, providing crucial information, and supporting affected residents. Recognizing the large number of impacted individuals, the Red Cross promptly opened an overnight shelter to ensure that residents had a safe place to stay, access to nourishing meals, and vital support services.
