Reneita Lawson

Reneita Lawson is a Senior Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in December 2024. After high school and during college, she worked in the food services industry as a Manager and trainer of a large food chain. She then spent 13 years in telecommunication sales before becoming licensed in Health & Life Insurance. Soon after, she obtained her Property and Casualty license to better assist her clients with Personal and Commercial Insurance. Reneita has served as Team Lead, Sales Agent, Account Manager for both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines, and Personal Line Department Manager. Over 13 years, she has taken pleasure in listening to her clients’ needs and tailoring coverage for them at the best price. She prides herself on attention to detail, knowledge in the industry, customer service, and educating her clients. She is also involved in worship at her church and volunteers as a Girl Scout Troop Leader and with community service organizations such as the Houston Food Bank, Kids Meals, and Church Under the Bridge.

Reneita is passionate about a family-friendly professional approach, always keeping the client’s needs first. She is committed to continuing to provide the best service to her clients and supporting her colleagues, whether in her current role or in higher positions involving training or developing strategies.

In her free time, Reneita enjoys cooking healthy meals and spending time with her significant other, children, extended family, and friends. She values fellowship, games, movies, outings, and working out. She loves the outdoors and her favorite places to visit include beaches, prairies or farmland, and farmers markets. She enjoys playing sports such as softball, basketball, and track. Reneita’s personal philosophy is “Always Be Encouraged!!” and she aims to remain consistent with gym workouts and start training for and complete her first marathon.
