Paul Galleno is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in March 2025. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of San Diego and a current P&C license with the state of California. Paul’s professional background is in luxury hospitality service and travel sales, where he supported clients traveling to exotic destinations such as Antarctica, The Arctic, and The Galapagos.
With a focus on customer service and experience, Paul brings a unique skill set to his current role. His past work in high-end travel has honed his ability to cater to diverse client needs, ensuring personalized and comprehensive solutions. Paul’s dedication to excellence and attention to detail is a key asset in his role at Inszone.
During his downtime, Paul enjoys surfing, snowboarding, and camping, and makes time to pursue these passions whenever possible. Hence, he has previously volunteered with Best Buddies, supporting special needs children.

Paul called me to introduce his self and let me know that he was available to help with CCRPA’s insurance needs. Shortly after CCRPA was in need of a certificate of liability insurance for the City of Irvine. Paul provided the certificate in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the City of Irvine had added a new requirement: The City’s project title or description and found the certificate to be non-compliant. I let Paul know and provided the required City Project information and within minutes he responded with a revised certificate. This is a level of service that is almost unheard of these days and I am very appreciative.

Paul was very responsive and set things in motion, so that I received the certificate in a timely manner and emailed it to the City. Unfortunately, the City of Irvine had changed some of their requirements and the certificate was found to be non-compliant with the City of Irvine, Community Services Department’s requirements. It needed the City project title. I let Paul know and gave him the information that was to be included. I thought it would take a day or so but within minutes of my email, he sent me a revised certificate.
