Francisco Saldana is the Regional President, Mid-West at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in January 2025. With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Francisco previously led the Southeast region at USI Insurance Services, an international top 10 broker. He holds the prestigious CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) and ARM (Associate in Risk Management) designations. Throughout his career, he has received notable recognition, including being named to Business Insurance’s Breakout Award (Top 40 Under 40) and Insurance Business America’s Rising Stars (Top 40 Under 40) in 2020.
Francisco is deeply committed to providing exceptional service to clients by leveraging his extensive knowledge of risk management and insurance solutions. His experience in leading regional teams and understanding the unique needs of clients allows him to drive success for both Inszone and the clients they serve. He thrives in developing customized strategies that address the complex challenges businesses face, using his broad expertise to deliver impactful results.
In his free time, Francisco enjoys spending quality time with his wife of 11 years and their two daughters, ages 9 and 6. He also finds fulfillment in volunteering and has previously contributed to organizations such as Kristi House and the Chapman Partnership in Miami, FL.
