Chanda Chapman
Administrative Assistant
Chanda Chapman is an Administrative Assistant at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in December 2024 after the merger with Kouri Insurance Agency. She holds a BA in Youth Studies, Deaf Studies, and Multiculturalism from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Chanda started with Kouri Insurance in 2024, bringing a passion for customer service and a background in working with diverse communities.
Chanda loves meeting new people and hearing their stories. She enjoys helping others solve problems or simply feel heard and accepted, ensuring that everyone she interacts with walks away feeling positive and valued. Her strong interpersonal skills and dedication to service make her an excellent addition to the team.
Outside of work, Chanda enjoys watching her favorite hockey team, the Minnesota Wild, either on TV or in person. She is also passionate about watching beach and court volleyball, both domestic and international. Chanda enjoys hiking with her family and loves being in warm weather, especially by the beach or near the ocean. Additionally, volunteering has been a significant part of her life, from helping at local food banks and churches to serving meals at the Salvation Army and local halfway houses. It’s important to her to raise her children with a heart for giving back and making a difference.
