Jon Griego is a Personal Sales Team Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in November 2024. Jon graduated from the University of Texas in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications. His career began as a Homeowners Claims Adjuster at State Farm Insurance, where he evaluated property damage claims, reviewed policies, and ensured fair coverage and compensation. He went on to own and operate an Allstate Insurance Agency for 7.5 years, overseeing all business operations, building client relationships, and managing a team of agents. Most recently, Jon spent 13.5 years as a Manager of an insurance team for a local credit union, where he developed business strategies, led teams, ensured compliance, and fostered strong partnerships within the organization and with business collaborators.
Jon’s extensive experience in claims adjustment, agency ownership, and operational leadership enables him to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of his clients. He is passionate about building lasting relationships, delivering exceptional service, and helping families and individuals protect their most valued assets.
In his free time, Jon enjoys spending quality moments with his wife and four children—three daughters and one son. Whether cheering them on in their sports endeavors or enjoying quiet evenings at home, Jon treasures the joy and inspiration his family brings to his life.
