LeAndra Irvin is a Claims Advisor at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in May 2024. She began her insurance career in 2016 as an Intake Claims Specialist, where she discovered her passion for the industry. LeAndra has worked in various areas, including Auto, Property, General Liability, and Workers’ Compensation claims. She holds an All Lines Adjuster’s License, which reflects her expertise across multiple facets of claims management.
LeAndra is dedicated to providing excellent service and treats every customer as if they are family. Her approach is rooted in empathy, placing herself in the client’s shoes to enhance engagement and customer satisfaction. Her commitment to great service earned her a merit prize during her time at Travelers Insurance, winning a trip to Disney World for receiving consistent positive customer feedback.
In addition to her work, LeAndra is passionate about giving back to the community. She is in the process of establishing a nonprofit organization aimed at helping teenage girls. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, attending music festivals, and being a dog mom. Family is also a central part of her life, and despite living far from them, she enjoys weekly Zoom dinners with her loved ones.
