Cari provided excellent customer service. I am relatively versed in retirement and medical plans, but Medicare is a different animal. Cari did an excellent job of explaining everything that is different with Medicare plans and options and allowed me to make informed decisions that were right for me and my circumstances. She helped by shepherding me through applying for Medicare and supplemental plans that were cost effective for me. After our initial meeting to understand my situation, she was quick to respond to my questions and did the heavy lifting on applying for supplemental plans on my behalf that were a good fit for me. Bottom line, Cari is exceptional!
