Lois Owen

Lois Owen is a Commercial Lines Account Manager Team Lead at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in June 2023. Her insurance journey began in 1997 when she started as a file clerk for a small insurance agency in Joliet, IL. Intrigued by the insurance industry, she obtained her license in 2003 and started selling personal and commercial lines insurance. It was in 2005 that she discovered her passion for hospitality insurance, becoming an expert in the field. Over the past 20 years, Lois has dedicated herself to helping, training, and working alongside other agents and employees in the commercial insurance industry.

Lois Owen is highly respected for her commitment to excellent customer service and adherence to ethical standards. She firmly believes that customer satisfaction is the key to loyalty, as customers will remain with a company where they are well-treated. When she left her previous agency, she received exceptional accolades from fellow producers with whom she had worked closely.

In her free time, Lois enjoys spending quality moments with her family and friends, embracing the motto “Live, Laugh & Love.” She also finds joy in playing pool (billiards) and participating in competitions, eagerly anticipating the APA National World Tournaments. Lois firmly believes that the greatest compliment one can receive is a referral, a testament to the value of trust and positive experiences in building lasting relationships.
