Here at Inszone, one of our missions is to make sure that every employee is appreciated, acknowledged, and recognized for their achievements. This Employee Spotlight series aims to celebrate success and highlight the talented individuals we have at Inszone. This month, please join us in congratulating wendy Ward, our Employee Spotlight for the month of February!
Wendy Ward is a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in September 2021 after the merger with Summit Insurance Group.
Wendy holds a Certified Insurance Customer Service Representative (CISR) designation which empowers her to provide exceptional account management and customer service. She is one of only 28,000 CISR’s in all 50 states and world-wide. Wendy also has tremendous knowledge of carriers, markets and has trained many other new account managers along the way. It’s a frequent event of Wendy’s clients to comment on their appreciation for her dedication and exceptional service.
When asked to share some words about Wendy, Jennifer Turner, who is Inszone’s Missouri State Manager and Wendy’s direct supervisor said, “Wendy always offers to go the extra mile to help a client or another team member in any service or sales situation. She is versatile in her knowledge of both Commercial and Personal Lines. We consistently receive positive feedback from our clients expressing appreciation of her genuine concern and detail in handling their insurance needs.”
