We can navigate transactions without a broker, allowing you to save on extra fees and receive top dollar for your agency. However, we are happy to work on broker represented deals and very often do. Chris Walters is a Principal Owner and the Chief Executive Officer of Inszone Insurance Services. A charismatic leader and visionary strategist, Chris has earned a reputation as a critical thinker, problem solver, and accomplished entrepreneur. Under his leadership, Inszone has grown from a fledgling agency into a multi-state powerhouse with numerous offices and over 700 employees.
Chris is a graduate of Humboldt State University, where he earned a degree in Business Administration, and holds the designation of Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist. His educational background, combined with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, has been pivotal in shaping Inszone’s success. Chris has played a key role in every facet of the business, leveraging his expertise to drive growth and innovation.
A seasoned sales manager, Chris has built and nurtured high-performing sales teams that have been integral to Inszone’s success. Over the years, he has helped thousands of families and businesses safeguard their investments, fostering lasting relationships built on trust and respect.
Chris’s leadership style is defined by his calm demeanor, strategic vision, and focus on long-term objectives. He approaches challenges with a problem-solving mindset and an ability to see the bigger picture, navigating the complexities of the insurance industry with purpose and precision.
Outside of his professional achievements, Chris is a devoted husband and proud father of two daughters. He enjoys golfing, traveling, and hosting, finding fulfillment in both his personal and professional endeavors. Grounded and approachable, Chris seamlessly balances his entrepreneurial spirit with his roles as a leader, family man, and community member.
Jennifer Sevilla is the Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Inszone Insurance Services. A Harvard Business School alumna and a Hartford School of Insurance-designated Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist, Jennifer brings extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, having successfully completed over 160 transactions that have driven Inszone’s unprecedented growth.
Jennifer joined Inszone in November 2021 through the acquisition of Stromsoe Insurance Agency, where she had served as CFO since 2016. Before that, she spent 10 years in commercial finance, specializing in commercial real estate investments and treasury management.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jennifer has served on the boards of several organizations, including the Southwest Legislative Council, Murrieta Chamber of Commerce, Temecula Education Foundation, Riverside County Philharmonic Orchestra, and Valley Young Professionals. Her contributions have earned her numerous accolades, such as 40 Under Forty, Chamber Member of the Year, Citizen of the Year, and being named a Top 40 Woman to Watch by Inland Empire Magazine.
Outside of work, Jennifer plays on the Women’s West Coast Marine Rugby Team and co-founded the Clarksville Women’s Rugby Team. She enjoys fishing, hiking, and exploring Tennessee’s great outdoors. Married for over two decades, she is also a proud mother of three.
