Commercial Lines Account Manager
Erica Davis is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in March 2023 after the merger with Citizens General Insurance Brokers. After attending Cosmetology school, she began working as a front desk administrative assistant for Citizens General Insurance in 2018. She then obtained her license in the summer of 2019 and had since been working there as a Customer Service Representative. She cares deeply about hard-working blue-collar professionals who are the backbone of our nation and strives to help them achieve their goals while fostering mutual respect.
She gained valuable insight into the importance of timely and organized work from her fiancé and father-in-law, who owns a large commercial concrete company in California. This understanding has helped her ensure that everyone does their job efficiently to minimize delays in contract completion.
In her free time, she enjoys working with livestock at home and spending time on her mother-in-law’s working ranch in California. Her mother-in-law instilled in her the importance of supporting local and sustainable farmers and ranchers. She also enjoys riding horses with her mom, gardening, and photography. Her love for reading came from her mother, who is an elementary school teacher. When indoors, she engages in activities like cooking, creative writing, embroidery, sewing, and painting.
