At Inszone Insurance Services, we believe that true success is measured not only by professional accomplishments but also by the positive impact we make in our communities. Caleb Gutierrez, a Commercial Lines Account Manager at our Rancho Cordova, CA office, embodies this belief. While Caleb is relatively new to the insurance industry, he has dedicated his time to volunteering in several communities, demonstrating his commitment to serving others.
Caleb joined Inszone in 2024 and has since been a valuable team member, delivering top-notch service and fostering strong client relationships. A graduate of Bradshaw Christian High School and Grand Canyon University, Caleb is also dedicated to giving back to the community. He volunteers at the River City Food Bank-Blue Cross, where he helps distribute groceries and dry goods to families in need.
“We started with organizing the bins and separating the foods into overflow bins and boxes. Once this was done, the lines opened for people to come in and load up a shopping cart to take to their cars. Some of the food items included bread, fruit, dry goods like nuts and raisins, and milk. I was there before and after the distribution time to help organize, serve the guests, and then clean up the stations afterward. My primary job during the distribution was to restock the bins as the supplies were going fast. We had boxes and bins of overstock behind the serving lines to make this easier,” Caleb shares. “I grew up in Sacramento, so this was a chance to serve my own community. I see people in need every day, so this was a great opportunity to help with my time.”
Through initiatives like our Charitable Time Off (CTO) program, Inszone empowers employees like Caleb to volunteer for causes close to their hearts while still being compensated. The CTO program allows team members to take paid time off to volunteer, demonstrating our commitment to social responsibility and community engagement.
Caleb’s involvement with the River City Food Bank-Blue Cross underscores the meaningful outcomes achievable through our company-wide commitment to giving back. The River City Food Bank alleviates hunger in Sacramento County by providing healthy, nutritious food to anyone in need. In 2023, River City Food Bank provided more than 3 million pounds of healthy, meaningful food to 308,005 people in Sacramento County.
Caleb’s dedication to assisting families in need and his passion for serving others go beyond his volunteer work at the River City Food Bank. In his free time, he loves taking weekend trips, playing golf, and cheering for the 49ers. His ability to balance community engagement with his work and family life aligns perfectly with the values we prioritize at Inszone. We are proud to support Caleb and all our team members in their efforts to make meaningful contributions to our communities.
